Project Management, Business Intelligence
Bell

Sept 2025 -  Present

I support Bell’s Business Intelligence team by coordinating analytics projects, tracking progress across multiple developers, and making sure our data initiatives stay organized and on schedule. Because my role bridges technical and non-technical work, I translate developer updates into clear summaries, manage timelines, and maintain project documentation that supports the entire team.

Along the way, I’ve taken on more technical exposure: assisting with SQL queries, learning how ETL pipelines work, and understanding how BI development supports business reporting. I’ve built dashboards, Gantt charts, and internal documentation that give the team more visibility and structure. This role has sharpened my ability to communicate complex technical work in a simple, business-focused way.

Digital Social Media Lead, Western Student Experience
Western University

I worked with Bell’s Wholesale Business Development team to support outreach, prospecting, and early-stage pipeline growth across telecom, cloud, SaaS, MSP, and carrier markets. My role combined research, analytics, and relationship-building where I built large prospect lists, analyzed categories, crafted personalized outreach, and booked discovery calls with executives across North America.

I collaborated closely with Sales, Product, and Pricing teams to understand Bell’s network services and position them effectively to external partners. I also built dashboards and tracking systems to monitor outreach performance, analyze response patterns, and refine messaging. This role strengthened my ability to understand business needs, communicate value clearly, and build trust through thoughtful, well-researched outreach. It’s where I learned how to take initiative, operate with ownership, and approach sales from a strategic, data-backed perspective.

I led digital content and student engagement initiatives for Western Student Experience, creating social media campaigns designed to help students feel more connected to campus life. My role focused on understanding what students cared about, building content that felt genuine and community-driven, and increasing engagement across Instagram and other platforms.

I managed content calendars, produced short-form video, and created graphics that highlighted student events, wellness resources, and campus services. I monitored trends, analyzed engagement metrics, and adapted content to match what resonated with students in real time. Through this role, I strengthened my storytelling, visual design, and audience engagement skills — and learned how to connect large, diverse student communities through digital spaces.

Multimedia Commissioner, USC Public Arts Commission

Sept 2023 -  Apr 2023

As the Multimedia Commissioner, I helped bring creative expression to campus through student-focused art initiatives, visual projects, and community-building events. I collaborated with student artists, campus groups, and USC members to plan, design, and execute public art installations that showcased student voices and made campus feel more vibrant, inclusive, and inspiring.

I worked with the creative and communications team to bring campaigns to life through editing, storytelling, and visual design. My role included assembling footage, refining narratives, color grading, syncing audio, adding transitions, and creating short-form videos optimized for social media.

Introduced a fresh, dynamic look to the videos by incorporating a unique layered design that added depth and creativity. This format allowed key visuals to stand out while maintaining a cohesive flow. included captions throughout the video, making the content accessible and easier to follow.

A standout feature was the smooth transition from black-and-white to color, symbolizing energy and excitement, and creating a visually appealing narrative.

The "street-style interview" approach brought a casual and relatable vibe, capturing candid moments and genuine reactions. This style resonated with the club audience, adding authenticity and a personal touch to the videos.

I carefully incorporated branding elements, such as the BoostHER logo, to maintain consistency and reinforce the organization’s identity.

Adding captions was a key focus, making the content more accessible and easy to follow, especially for viewers watching without sound.

To keep the video dynamic, I used zoom effects strategically, drawing attention to important details and adding a layer of visual interest. These effects helped emphasize key moments in the interviews, making the video more lively and engaging.

Personal Projects(Videos)

By The Lakeshore

This video is a soft, visual moment captured along the lakeshore focused on calm movement, natural light, and the way everyday scenes can feel cinematic when framed intentionally. The opening scene captures a small but meaningful full-circle moment: kids and adults walking along the same path by the water, framed by sunlight and open space. The video subtly shows how life moves in cycles : the children full of energy, running ahead, and the adults following behind, grounded and steady. They’re sharing the same frame, the same direction, the same afternoon  just at different stages of life.

The thought process behind this video was to create a peaceful, observational piece something that feels like you’re simply existing by the water, taking in the quiet details of a beautiful day. The shots shift from wide, expansive views of the lake to more grounded scenes of families walking, sunlight through trees, and the shoreline. It’s meant to feel relaxing and nostalgic, like a memory you stumble upon.

A Weekend In Toronto

I created a video that aimed to capture the beauty and magic of winter life, showcasing not just the cold but the fun and warmth it can bring. It was a special project for me because it was my mom's first winter in a long time, and I wanted her to see it through my eyes.

I filmed snow-covered landscapes, cozy moments, and little joys like snowball fights and steaming mugs of cocoa.

The video was more than just visuals, it was an emotional tribute to the season and a reminder of how even the coldest days can be filled with warmth and happiness.

A Day in Toronto

Two summers ago, I created a video capturing a day exploring Toronto with my friend. We started at the vibrant Kensington Market, strolling through its colorful streets, quirky shops, and amazing food stalls. From there, we shopped around, trying on unique finds and soaking up the city’s lively energy.

It was a way to document the perfect summer day and showcase the charm of Toronto’s culture and creativity!

Dubai

From the golden dunes of the desert safari to the lively traditional dancing under the stars, I wanted to showcase the beauty of Dubai’s culture and landscapes. I also wanted to include the bustling souks, filled with colorful fabrics, spices, and gold, capturing the charm and authenticity of local life
